  7. VisionWare provides application oriented software for optimal use of the full
  8. functionality of VisionMate and is available in several modules depending on
  9. end-user requirements.  VisionWare/Compression is a library of functions using
  10. the VisionMate on-board processor to perform application specific image
  11. compression in IPROM.  VisionWare/Matching is a library of functions using the
  12. VisionMate on-board processors to perform contour matching at high speed.
  13. These routines, based upon TSI's proprietary NI/VD algorithms, perform scale
  14. and rotation independent matching on contours.  VisionWare/C68 is a software
  15. development environment that develops down-loadable binary images for
  16. execution on the VisionWare/DSP5600 processor.  VisionWare/EPROM is a library
  17. of functions providing the capability to create EPROMS integrating
  18. customer-developed firmware for the VisionMate processors.  Monitor loading
  19. and entry point management is provided for all loaded routines and tables.
  20. VisionWare/Image is a collection of over 200 algorithms, organized as a
  21. library of callable routines, that perform the most common image processing
  22. functions.  Developed to user the DSP56001 and the MC68020 on the VisionMate
  23. whenever possible, and the host processor where required.
